The hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to major attractions and close to restaurants and supermarkets. the apartments are spacious and well, equipped, with well, fitted kitchens, balconies. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the reception and hall areas are large and spacious.
Some guests have reported sub, par housekeeping, with cleaners entering rooms when the Do not disturb sign is up or failing to leave coffee, tea or sugar.

During my Christmas stay, the apartment was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and a nice dining area to enjoy meals. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a few blocks away from major attractions and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. the apartment had comfortable beds and two clean bathrooms.
One of the bathrooms had a leaky faucet and the towels provided were stained.

The apartments are decorated in a classic but comfortable manner, as a result a homely, luxurious apartment which provided a comfortable haven after long days discovering Paris. Verandah lovely to read on, lounges so comfortable. Kitchen has every appliance you may want. We have already recommended Alma Marceau to our friends in Australia. They can even accomodate larger/extended families. Staff went out of their way to assist. There are not as many restaurants as latin quarter, but the ones we went to near Alma were good. Enjoy the peacefulness and easily catch a taxi to Latin Quarter some nights, or go there on way home and then get taxi back to Alma. Go markets and buy fresh food if you like! Walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. Catch a tour bus from there! Area felt safe, but lower traffic meant not noisy. They have a delivery service (pastries, cereal, milk, juice etc) you order night before, or there is a wonderful patisserie just down street and around the corner to the right. Booklet with many home delivery menus also. Supermarket few doors away had wide range. Loved the welcome drinks and nibbles.
It may appear you are not near any restaurants at first, but once you walk down street and around corners there are plenty. Make sure you have or order food for Sunday morning as nothing is open early. We booked the special one bedroom with sofa (last minute booking) and happened to have been upgraded to the two bedroom, which was much better than a one bedroom, as kids would have had to sleep on a sofa bed in loungeroom, although the room would have been plenty big enough for the sofa.

The apartment we stayed at during our recent trip to Europe was exceptional. The spacious and modern apartment had all the amenities we could have needed including a fully equipped kitchen and housekeeping service. The location was unbeatable, with a variety of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, and a grocery store practically around the corner. the apartment's close proximity to popular tourist attractions made sightseeing a breeze.
The apartment’s check-in process was a bit confusing and could be improved. We were not given clear instructions on how to check-in and had to spend some time figuring out where to go and how to get our keys.
